It is crucial to identify key players to put in place policies and resources for pandemic preparedness, capacity development, and anticipated response efforts across the Tribe.

This two-day virtual comprehensive class will assist you in developing the skills, knowledge and ability to function in your role as a board or council member. On day one, we will examine your responsibilities through in-depth discussions and case studies. On day two, our expert instructor will lead you through a highly interactive online simulation exercise designed to examine current policies and procedures in an effort to strengthen existing plans and identify gaps in the process.

This class is designed to help you be prepared to return to your tribe equipped with the tools necessary to serve with confidence, especially in times of need.
