The members of your community have entrusted you with the responsibility to lead and govern in an effective and fair manner. It is crucial to identify key players to put in place policies and resources for pandemic preparedness, capacity development, and anticipated response efforts across the Tribe.
This two-day virtual comprehensive class will assist you in developing the skills, knowledge and ability to function in your role as a board or council member. On day one, we will examine your responsibilities through in-depth discussions and case studies.
