He has provided education and awareness training on drugs to thousands of Native Americans and numerous tribal organizations throughout the United States. He is a retired special agent with the California Office of the Attorney General, Department of Justice and Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement. Mr. Turner is a recognized expert in criminal investigations, in both federal and state courts; meth production; and the distribution, sale and possession of narcotics.
