Policies and procedures serve as guidelines for personnel to follow when performing their duties. It is especially important that a security force has comprehensive and effective policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety of others. During this class, you’ll learn how to perform the complex duties of an unarmed security officer, as we examine the various players involved in a security force and the roles that they play. In this exciting class, our instructor will discuss protocols for detainment, arrest, use of force and search and seizure as well as appropriate personal conduct — on and off the job.
