ABOUT THE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

To assist your gaming enterprise in building an efficient and compliant workforce, Falmouth Institute recommends
the following training and development program for your tribal gaming commissions, executives and operational
leadership. This dynamic training program provides vital information and education to the staff and management
within your enterprise. These in-depth sessions have been designed to provide your supervisors and managers
with the tools and information they need to grow success within your facility.

The Tribal Gaming Professional Certificate Program has been developed to assist Indian Gaming facilities with improving their internal operations and management systems. The curriculum and materials for these sessions have been designed to educate your key personnel on the ever changing compliance and regulatory issues as they surface. Achieving this designation will help prepare tribal gaming executives for increased growth and capacity within their enterprise.


CERTIFICATE PROCESS

  • Complete the Gaming Certificate registration form.
  • Enroll in and attend all four required classes (see bullets below) within 18 months of registering for the certificate program:
  • After completing the course work, you will be required to successfully complete an online assessment to confirm your tribal gaming knowledge.
  • The Falmouth Gaming Certificate Program can also be delivered as an On-Site Executive Program. By bringing this program directly to your staff, Falmouth can customize the courses to meet your organizational needs for time, place and content. This On-Site program can be delivered for organizations seeking to certify at least seven participants.
