ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Since 1985, Falmouth Institute has provided trusted and effective training on Tribal Finance to numerous
tribes and tribal organizations. With this history and experience, we are proud to introduce our
Tribal Financial Oversight Certification Program.
The Tribal Financial Oversight Certification Program demonstrates dedication to professional development.
Achieving this designation will help prepare tribal employees for increased responsibility and more complex
tasks within their positions.
Designed with the non-financial professional in mind, this three-day program will provide you with an overview of all the financial data and regulations that impact your tribe and prepare you for our online qualifying exam.
Register for and attend our 3-day Tribal Financial Oversight Certification Program, with topics including:
Successfully complete an online assessment within 7 days of finishing the Tribal Financial Oversight Certification Program to confirm your tribal financial knowledge.
The Tribal Financial Oversight Certification Program can also be delivered as an Onsite Executive Program. This onsite program can be delivered for organizations seeking to certify at least seven participants. To discuss onsite training opportunities, please call Falmouth at 800-992-4489, ext. 119.
MAINTAINING YOUR CERTIFICATION
Your certification is valid for one year from the date it is issued. To maintain certification, you must take at least one related Falmouth class within 14 months from the date of your certification. You must also submit a certification maintenance form by the expiration date. Please click here for the form.
