Review of Current Policies and Procedures
Falmouth’s Consulting team will conduct a comprehensive review of the departmental mission and vision statements, project summaries and outlines, policies and procedures manuals and other materials deemed appropriate by your leadership. The documents and information we review will allow us to develop a complete understanding of the efforts, strengths and challenges faced by the staff.
Organizational Resources Evaluation
This phase consists of the Falmouth Institute team leader performing an evaluation of related workgroups and staff. The team leader will meet with department leadership and key staff members to obtain information related to their work products and functions. This on-site evaluation also provides an opportunity for our team to engage in direct and interactive communication with your staff.
Developing an Organizational Assessment Report
Falmouth’s Consulting team will compile accumulated research, findings and observations to build a comprehensive Organizational Assessment Report. The report will contain statements pertaining to the overall status of the organization and will include an overview of current programs, staff and resources. Falmouth Institute will identify benchmarks that can demonstrate progress of the organization. The delivered report and supporting presentation will outline the goals-objectives-benchmarks in a clear concise manner and provide information to support recommended actions.
